Special Instructions; DEMOBILISATION
- Buyers Please Note: That it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to undertake the demobilisation of the Kenya Relocatable Water Treatment Plant including all Material handling & that all work undertaken by the purchaser & contractors will occur under the Veolia's HSSE & Permitting requirements. It is preferred by the Vendor that this disassembly work be undertaken by the Purchaser either using existing Veolia service contractors acting under the Purchaser's direction, or the Purchaser's own personnel with both cases occurring under Veolia HSSE requirements with any new personnel to site being subject to Veolia induction, competency & permit holder training requirements.
- Buyers Please Note: That careful consideration & preparation will be required to ensure the assets are transported safely from site whilst adhering to all COR legislation. For example, externally mounted lights, air cons, cable trays etc. may need to be removed / managed to ensure there is no risk of items becoming loose and a danger in transit or breaching road transport dimensional requirements.
- Prior to any Demobilisation work commencing onsite - the successful purchaser will be required to attend scheduled planning meetings with Veolia & other stakeholders in order to formulate a clear load schedule & to work through all site HSSE & permitting requirements.

When submitting a tender, use whole dollars only with no commas or decimal places, for example a bid of $20,000.00 is entered as 20000
The price lodged for a Tender is in AUD (Inc GST) – No buyer’s premium applicable to this sale.
The purchaser will be invoiced with full payment needed prior to any removal of assets from site.
If you would like to increase your Tender price before closing time, you can place a Tender again and this will increase your amount, not create a second tender offer.
Tender Closing Time:
Please take note of the posted closing times. Once the Tender reaches its closing time, there will no longer be an opportunity to place a price.
It is possible to be the highest bidder on an item, but still not be successful. Tender results will be collated and results will be given to offers in due course.
