This will not affect the sale, we will go ahead as planned, it will just affect invoicing and pick up time frames.

Bids on assets in this sale should be made based on your inspection and assessment of the goods.
Descriptions and photographs should be used as a guide only, assets are sold as is. If you are unsure do not bid as no refunds will be given.
Please note that any comments or notes are based on an external walk around only. There may be other damage, mechanical issues or body blemishes that have not been sighted or noted.
The assets may be inspected and started during inspection but cannot be driven or operated. Whilst we have endeavored to provide correct asset details, inspection of the assets is highly recommended.

It is the buyers/owners responsibility to ensure that an operational risk assessment is undertaken, prior to use, and the plant bought to a condition which complies with the relevant State Legislation, Regulations and applicable Codes of Practice. Hassall Auctions will provide safety information relating to the condition of the item of plant for sale (Plant Hazard Report).
Any person intending to perform any work on our sites must produce relevant licenses, where applicable, prior to the commencement of any work.
It is a condition of entry to our sites that all visitors comply with directions given by Hassall Auctions staff or their representatives.
Work carried on site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Occupational Health & Safety Legislation.
All power tools and electrical equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms, etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres.
Payment, Collection Date, Times and Information:
We do NOT take personal cheques.
Payment is required to be made within 24 hours of the auction, if financing a 10% deposit is required within this time frame - the deposit will be refunded once settlement from the finance company has occurred.
Pick up can only be made once clear funds are received in our account.
Goods will only be released with presentation of a paid invoice / receipt. Collection of assets, packing and removal of same is the responsibility of the purchaser within the time frame specified.
If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods they need to provide a copy of the paid invoice / receipt.
